Your appointment time is reserved just for you. We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment or you will be responsible for the full appointment fee. Although we understand things come up, your health is important. Kate also often has a waitlist and it can be challenging to fill late cancellations with clients from the waitlist as they typically need enough notice to arrange for childcare or work accommodations etc. Late cancellations often result in longer waitlists. If you're feeling unwell or are unable to make an appointment in person, we are happy to convert your appointment to an online appointment. However, if you are unable to attend the appointment online or in person and provide less than 48 hours notice, you will be responsible for the full amount of the appointment which is not billable to insurance.
